By the time I put a patio for a hot tub and a deck there will be no room for my German Shepherd. Oh well. At least I won't be spending all my free time on yard work.

I figured out which house you are in based on a few pictures, and you definitely have a prime location within our neighborhood. Keep up the good work on making your place, your home.
